Using conversations and community engagement to raise awareness and develop initiatives that support good mental health, positive well-being and suicide prevention.
Ski for Life is a community-led initiative supporting rural mental health and suicide prevention.
Through our grants program, we fund and support community groups to deliver practical projects that promote wellbeing and connection across regional Australia.
Each year, our annual three-day water skiing relay brings people together to raise awareness and funds, helping turn shared experiences into real impact.
Building stronger and more connected communities.

The experience that powers our impact
Each year, the Ski for Life relay brings people together to fund and fuel community-led mental health initiatives.

Our projects support mental health, wellbeing, and connection across rural and regional communities through a mix of community-led initiatives, partnerships, and shared platforms.

From conversation-driven projects like Talkin Tough, to grassroots initiatives such as Mates On a Mission, and and partnerships that support the delivery of proven programs into rural and regional communities, our work responds to local needs in practical and meaningful ways.
The Relay Experience
Each year, the Ski for Life relay brings people together over three days of water skiing, conversation, and connection across regional Australia.
More than an event, the relay is a shared experience that raises awareness, builds community, and helps fund the grants and projects that support rural mental health and suicide prevention.
