Becoming a Member

Option two requires the parties to register for a membership.

A membership includes the following:

- Invitation to attend the AGM in the year of membership.

- Voting rights during the AGM on constitutional and leadership/committee change.

- Engaging directly with the presiding committee.

- Questioning the financial and strategic standing of the Charity.

A membership requires the following:

- Must have previously attended the event in some capacity.

- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age when applying for membership.

- Must have a valid residence, mobile phone and email address.

- Must support the objectives of the Charity and agree to be bound by its rules, code of conduct, policies and procedures.
